3. Data Usage and Licensing

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the address data for legitimate business purposes including:

  • Direct mail marketing campaigns
  • CRM data enrichment
  • Address verification services
  • Market research and analysis

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our data for:

  • Spamming or unsolicited electronic communications
  • Illegal activities or fraud
  • Reselling or redistributing the data without permission

5. Data Accuracy and Updates

While we strive for 99.5% accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is current or error-free. We provide regular updates and corrections as available.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards through Stripe.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the data quality, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability
